How it works

You design it, we proof it, you approve it, we print it. Nothing is cut until the proof has your yes.

Four steps from idea to delivery

  1. 1

    Pick your garment

Jersey, t-shirt, polo or hoodie — with the fabric and printing method that suits how it will be worn.

  2. 2

    Design it

Start from a template or a blank. Set your colours, drop in your logo, and add text.

  3. 3

    Add the squad

Paste or import your roster and every player gets their own name, number and size.

  4. 4

    Approve the proof

We send a proof sheet showing the front and back. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Choosing a printing method

The method decides what a design can do and how many pieces you have to order. The designer only offers what a given garment supports.

Sublimation

Dye is bonded into polyester fabric, so the design becomes part of the cloth rather than sitting on top. It cannot crack or peel.

From 10 pieces

Screen printing

Ink pushed through a stencil, one screen per colour. Cheapest per unit at volume.

From 25 pieces

Heat transfer

Vinyl or transfer film pressed onto the garment. Ideal for individual names and numbers.

Embroidery

Stitched thread. The most premium finish, and it never fades or peels.

Fabrics we stock

Polyester

The standard sublimation base. Holds full-colour print permanently and washes well.

Dry-fit

Moisture-wicking knit that pulls sweat off the skin. The usual choice for match kit.

Micro mesh

Fine open weave, the lightest and coolest option.

Bird-eye

Textured knit with tiny air pockets — breathable with more body than mesh.

Interlock

Smooth, dense double knit. Prints crisply and drapes neatly.

Cotton

Soft natural fibre, comfortable off the pitch. Not for sublimation.

Cotton blend

Cotton-polyester mix — cotton's feel with better shape retention and lower cost.

Lycra blend

Four-way stretch for a close athletic fit.

Premium sports

Heavier performance knit with a matte finish, closest to retail club kit.
