Common questions

If yours is not here, message us — we answer within a working day.

Can I design my own jersey online?
Yes. The designer lets you set the colours, add an all-over pattern, upload your logo and add text, with a live preview of the front and the back. No design software or experience is needed.
Can I upload my team or company logo?
Yes — PNG, JPG, SVG or HEIC. A PNG with a transparent background prints best. Your file is processed in your browser and only reaches us when you send the order.
Can every player have a different name and number?
Yes. Enter your squad in the roster step, or import a CSV, and each shirt is printed with that player's own name, number and size. There is a small per-garment charge for personalisation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the garment and the printing method — most sublimated jerseys start at 10 pieces, screen printing at 25. The designer shows the minimum for whatever you have chosen.
How long does production take?
Typically 7 to 14 working days from the moment you approve the proof, depending on the garment and the size of the order. The exact range is shown on every product.
Can I order only one jersey?
Ask us. Single pieces fall below our minimums, so they are priced by hand rather than through the site — use the quote form and we will come back to you.
Do you provide professional design support?
Yes. If you would rather not use the designer, send us a sketch, a photo of your old kit, or just your colours and logo, and we will draw it up for your approval.
Which file format should I use for my logo?
A vector SVG is ideal because it stays sharp at any size. Otherwise use the largest PNG you have — for a 25 cm chest print we want around 1,500 pixels across. The designer warns you when a file is too small.
Can I see a preview before production?
Always. You get a proof sheet showing the front and the back with the full specification, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Which printing method do you use?
Sublimation for full-colour sportswear, screen printing for large runs of simple designs, heat-transfer vinyl for small runs of names and numbers, and embroidery for polos and corporate wear. Each has its own minimum.
Do you deliver across Nepal?
Yes. Delivery inside the Kathmandu Valley is usually next-day once the order is finished; elsewhere we ship by courier and confirm the cost with your quote.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Save your design to a file from the designer, or quote us the reference number on your proof, and we will reprint from the same artwork.
Can I request a custom fabric or colour?
Yes. We stock nine fabrics and can source others. For a colour outside the palette, give us the hex code or a physical sample and we will match it as closely as the dye allows.
Do you provide size samples?
For team orders we can send a sizing set to try on before the run is cut. Ask when you request your quote — it is the cheapest way to avoid a reprint.
How much advance payment is required?
We take a deposit before production and the balance on delivery. The exact split is confirmed in writing with your quote, and nothing is charged through this website.
